Job Description
Responsibilities:
Home Care / Home Visit Nursing:
- Provide compassionate in-home patient care, including monitoring health, administering medications, and supporting daily activities.
- Ensure patient comfort and recovery by maintaining hygiene, following treatment plans, and guiding family members on proper care (0–1 year experience preferred).
General Care:
- Provide patient care as per established clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient health and assess care needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Offer emotional support and ensure patient comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health and prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective treatment
Requirements:
- Valid Nursing License from Tamil Nadu
- 0–1 year of experience as a Staff Nurse
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong patient-care attitude and compassion
Additional Requirement:
Willing to commute or relocate to Chromepet, Chennai (Preferred)
