Job Title: Home Care Nurse
Location: Patient’s Residence (Home Visit)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Shifts.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Home Care Nurse to provide medical and personal care to patients at their homes. The candidate should be capable of handling basic nursing duties, ensuring patient comfort, and following all organizational and HR guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit patients at their homes and provide required nursing care.
* Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen levels.
* Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
* Administer medications as prescribed by doctors.
* Provide wound care, injections, and basic medical support.
* Follow duty schedules and maintain flexibility in working hours.
* Adhere strictly to company policies and HR rules.
Requirements:
* Diploma / Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing preferred).
* Basic nursing knowledge and hands-on experience in patient care.
* Freshers with good practical knowledge can also apply.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle patients with patience and empathy.
* Willingness to travel to patient locations.
* Flexible to work in rotational or shift-based duties.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in home care or hospital settings.
* Ability to handle elderly patients, post-surgery care, or chronic illness cases.
* Basic knowledge of emergency response.
* Time management and reliability.
